Heidi is an exceptional real estate professional. She ensured that we were supported throughout the whole process of selling our house. She went above and beyond to address all of our needs from preparing the house for sell, the sale itself to supporting our move. She did an amazing job marketing our house, putting together a terrific package to show case our home in the best way possible. She also used her professional network very effectively resulting in interest in our home before it was on the market. The result is that we sold quickly and over list price. She managed the negotiation process very well. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell your home. Her passion to do her best for you comes through loud and clear.

We hadn't worked with a realtor in a LOOONNGG while (23 years) and were trying to find our retirement home. Heidi made us feel valued and cared about, even as we searched for that elusive 'final' home. When it came to selling our home, Heidi went out of her way to make the journey as easy and painless as possible. She was very straightforward and honest in her appraisal of our home and what was needed to prepare it for sale (not much, thankfully!). The web presentation she put together looked fabulous and we sold for OVER our asking price! It was an amazing experience and we would unreservedly and heartily recommend Heidi. As a first time homebuyer, Heidi did an amazing job, she went above and beyond finding our very first home. Our experience with Heidi as our realtor was overwhelmingly positive. As a young, relatively inexperienced (in real estate) couple Heidi did an amazing job walking us through our first home purchase. She turned what could have been a stressful time for us into an exciting experience. She made sure we understood every step of the home-buying process while securing us a great deal on a phenomenal property. In what can be a trying time for all of us while dealing with this pandemic, Heidi was a consummate professional and made sure our families needs and safety came first. The only complaint I have is that I'm constantly worried the police are going to come knocking to arrest us for the steal of a deal we got on our property! We would recommend Heidi to absolutely anyone; friends, family, complete strangers, it doesn't matter. She will go above and beyond to make sure your real estate needs are met.
