Hands down the best realtor you will ever work with (along with her partner, Joanna). Heidi sold a family members place recently, but I have seen her work with a number of other clients (ergo the referral). She not only knows every place and everyone on the lower island, but is adored by them all. She is insanely amazing at guiding buyers through the process (SO patient and kind), has an awesome knowledge of the industry and market, is excellent and super speedy with contact, and crazy efficient with scheduling and marketing. But apart from that, she is just a joy to be around, and manages to make the entire process feel FUN all the while proving how insanely and genuinely much she cares for her clients. I wasn't even directly her client but she STILL managed to make ME feel attended to and cared for, in addition to her actual clients. Truly an amazing person! Heidi (and the amazing Joanna!) are THE BEST!

I count myself very lucky to have met and worked with Heidi when I was in Victoria. She was introduced by a friend who recommended her highly. She was so friendly and was willing and able to answer any questions I had for her. And I had lots of questions, because I knew nothing about real estate. She and Joanna made it very easy. They sold the property very quickly, and it was over before I knew it. Heidi also became a good friend...going that extra mile, and she was there when I needed to talk...about anything. She helped me with more than just selling the property and never made me feel she didn't have time. Heidi and Joanna even took me out for a fantastic meal to celebrate the sale and to say farewell as I was leaving the country. It was a special gesture from two special people I will never forget.

I was very satisfied in every way , with Heidi . She is personable , professional and accommodating . I had lived in the same house for 49 years and this was not an easy time for me , but Heidi helped to ease a lot of my " moving worries" and I am now in my new home and settling in , ready to enjoy life .
