I was thrilled with a quick close, efficient process and everything went smoothly. Other sellers in the neighbourhood are wondering why my house sold so quickly at such a high price. From the time that we contacted Heidi about possibly selling our home to the moment that we sold our house, Heidi was with us the whole way. We weren't too knowledgeable about the steps to sell a property but Heidi was there to teach us and help us understand what was going on. She was prompt with all the appointments to set up our listing and let us know in advance what times were available for the various people that would be helping us with the pictures and virtual tours. All the showings were pre approved timing with enough time to collect the kids and go out. Never did we feel like we weren't taken care of. Even if I had questions Heidi was always available to answer them. Highly recommend Heidi to sell your property!!!
