Selling and buying a home with Greg was a great experience on both ends!!! Greg is very knowledgeable about the market! Greg was always easy to get a hold of whether it was a phone call or text. He also kept us updated on what was going on. He made us feel so comfortable and not stressed. I would definitely recommend Greg as a realtor and if I ever need a realtor again I would definitely use Greg again!! He is very professional.

Greg has assisted our family with a number of sales and purchases. From my mom downsizing, to my ex husband purchasing a home, and most recently my own lifestyle adjustment to a more simple home with less yardwork. Greg's listing strategy not only was timely (and put me under the gun to get listed a week earlier than I was ready for) but it was effective at getting multiple offers over asking price the first weekend the home was listed. I am pleased that he pushed me to get to market on a specific date. Now that conditions have been removed we are on the hunt for our new to us home. I always appreciate Greg's insight into what will build equity and what he thinks will suit our needs best. I would actually blindly purchase a home on Greg's advice alone. I trust him that much. I appreciate that Greg doesn't just mass list a bunch of properties while deploying a team of green agents to do the work for him. Greg provides valuable service and advice when looking to sell your biggest asset, and truly hires the best photographers to represent your home attractively, and accurately. No iPhone photos or smoke and mirrors in his listings. A++. Every time. Why would you hire anyone else?
