We had a lot of trouble with finding a home then having multiple offers. I think we lost out on 3 properties. My real estate agent gave us great advice, and ultimately helped us - going above and beyond - find our new home. He knew we were starting to get desperate, and would clear his schedule whenever we needed to go and view another property. I appreciate his hard work so much - and once we found 'the house' his negotiation skills were amazing. We got what we wanted for the price we needed it to be.

Greg was very professional and respectful as he guided me through the listing and selling process. He answered all communications promptly and his great sense of humour only added to my positive experience!

At the outset, Greg made a point of determining the specific features I required in my new home. When we visited listings that were in my preferred neighborhoods, he gave me the time and space to consider all of the positives and negatives of the subject property. Only when I asked, did he give me his clear and direct feedback. I found him to be honest, forthright and his observations tempered. I found his insight especially useful when it came time to placing an offer on a property. There were multiple offers and he knew exactly how to best present my offer and secure the property. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending Greg. He is personable, organized, knowledgeable, experienced and honest.

I bought an investment property in Edmonton and was represented by Greg. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I fully recommend Greg and would love to do business with him in the future. Greg helped us find and purchase our new home during a very stressful time. He helped us navigate timelines and negotiate a great deal. Even after our deal was finalized, he took time to get us access to our property before possession. We would absolutely use Greg again and would not hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends or family.

Greg was everything we needed in a realtor and more. We found him through RankMyAgent for his previous great reviews and reached out to him with a list of homes we were already tracking through Realtor.ca. We were coming from Ontario to Edmonton in only a few days post-initial contact and only had the week to purchase a home. Greg was very timely with his responses, and very agreeable to help us. Within a day he had compiled lists of other homes for us to look at. Upon arriving in Edmonton, he had already been in contact with the house tour schedule and managed to fit about a dozen homes into our first day there. Greg was on time for every visit and absolutely understood what we were looking for in terms of budget, home features, and even went above and beyond to make us aware of resale potential, understanding this may not be a forever home. He took in our experience with selling the present house and wanted to ensure we had an easy time if needed to sell the new one in the future. For example, when checking out a lovely new build, he pointed out that while the house may be nice and be everything we want, it is close to the highway (noisy) and would be in front of condos that were scheduled to be built within the next couple years. Both of which may deter future owners. After the house tours, we wanted to relook at one we were interested in and Greg was able to easily set that up for us. Upon looking in greater detail and providing us more in-depth facts about the home, we decided we wanted it and he put in the offer right away. When the seller's realtor responded promptly, he was able to fairly negotiate a price that much better suited us. Upon house inspection, since we were back in Ontario, Greg went in our stead, and then was able to negotiate more into the deal afterwards. All in all, Greg was super responsive, quick, and very honest. Understood all the needs and timelines and made buying a house in the new area easy. Would definitely recommend and would be interested in using again if we ever need to sell in the future.
