Graham was awesome to work with for the purchase of our new home. My favourite thing was his knowledge of which houses were in good condition and which houses had red flags with moisture or foundation problems etc. I would highly suggest using Graham for anyone who is not an expert in house construction and wants a good second opinion on potential house condition issues that may not be clearly visibly. Graham also had really good negotiating skills
