Graham is phenomenal! This was my first home purchase and he walked me through everything I needed to know so I felt comfortable every step of the process. He is always quick to respond, friendly, detail oriented, very knowledgeable and gave great advice on negotiating tactics. I would highly recommend him and should I be in the market to buy or sell in the future I would definitely go to him again.
