Graeme was quick to respond to our request for help to sell, and then kept us updated on everything. He was very knowledgeable about the condo property and priced it right, consequently it sold quickly.

When I was first thinking of selling it was the summer of 2023 but I didn't list my property until the summer of 2024. I had another realtor on the hook but Graeme stood out and kept me informed the whole year of the trending market along with comparible listings of my condo complex with their listing price and what they sold for. When Graeme listed my property he educated me on the technical side of this business which can be overwhelming. In my experience I was selling and buying at the same time. Without Graeme I would have been crushed by the stress but he was a real calm influence. He managed this transaction professionally and efficiently. He had my property sold in 6 days. He employs great professional photographers to capture the buyers attention. I would recommend Graeme anytime. He responds quickly to any concerns and gets the job done. Thanks Graeme.

Graham was an outstanding real estate agent. He worked with me 14 years ago to buy my first house and he was the first person I thought of while looking to sell and I was not disappointed. He is incredibly efficient, very prompt in answering emails, calls, etc and took time to explain all aspects of the selling process.
