I would highly recommend Graeme as a realtor as he was extremely patient and thorough with the process of finding a property for me. He is very knowledgeable and did extensive research based on my preferences and helped screen the potential places. Lastly, he was always available for a quick phone call or text to go over the different steps such as going over house offers and contracts and that really helped me make a good decision for the property purchase.

This was the second time my husband and I worked with Graeme and his business partner, Violet Chen. I was actually quite amazed at how quickly everything came together. We reached out to Graeme to let him know we were thinking of moving and he got the ball rolling. We had all the open houses and photos done quickly. The photos of our home was done very nicely and i really liked how they staged it. We ended up selling within a month and also found a new place fairly quickly.
