Govind Saran was a wonderful realtor for us and I feel we were lucky to have found him. He has very strong communication skills. Our requests, questions, and the sometimes contentious differences of opinion between ourselves as two sellers, were always handled with gentle diplomacy and skill. He deftly steered us to a position that was most advantageous to us. His best quality however, was his availability. He always picked up our calls and never made us feel that we were intruding when those calls or messages were made during his personal time. And lastly I felt very comfortable with Govind and felt by the end of the process that I had met not only a knowledgeable professional but a fine person.

I am very happy with the service Govind provided in listing our home and throughout offer and sale process. I was recommended Govind by a personal friend and could not have been happier with the decision to use him as our Realtor. He initially helped us find a place a couple years ago and when the deal fell through we took a break from looking for a place to buy. Fast forward 2 years later and Govind was still eager to help us search for a place again, he created a custom portal for items on our list and was very patient through the process of checking out numerous places. When it came to the details, he was on top of everything and any questions we had he was able to either answer or would find out for us in a timely manner.
