Govind was Very helpful. He went above and beyond my expectations. Anytime I called him he answered the phone rite away. If I emailed he would respond very quickly. I have dealt with many agents in the past. A lot of them take a long time to respond back. That is one thing that bothers me. With Govind I did not have that problem at all. Overall it was a great experience.

Before the listings went live he started marketing the project heavily to his sphere of influence and got pre-sales going.
