Gord was great to work with. Has excellent market knowledge, very detailed, patient and just extremely knowledgeable. He was thorough with every house search and viewing, even went on his hands and knees on dirty basement floors to look at certain things. He made sure we’re fully informed on the buying process and let us know the pros and cons of the property and what to look for in the future house search. With long experience in the realtor market he knows what neighbourhoods to avoid and what neighbourhoods he approves of. He also knows a lot of people in certain professionals, and everyone that he has recommended for us has been great! We never felt pressured with the whole buying process which was great. We’re thankful to have Gord as our realtor and would definitely recommend him!

Gord has excellent market knowledge and data to back it up. In my experience his decades of experience will help anyone buy a home weather they are a first time buyer or upgrading there home. Gords neighborhood knowledge is vast, if you are looking for something specific he'll help you find it.
