I have always relied on Gord as my realtor for both buying and selling properties. Most recently, he assisted me with the purchase of a new home in December 2024. His expertise and dedication have consistently exceeded my expectations.

Gord made the process of selling my condo in Calgary while I am living in a different city an easy process. He explained the market conditions for my particular property in detail and went through comparable properties with me so I could decide on a reasonable selling price and keep me updated regularly on showings and what was happening in the market. I wouldn’t hesistate to use Gord again or to recommend him as a real estate agent

Gord was fantastic to work with! I relocated from Toronto to Calgary and Gord was incredible at accommodating for timezone differences, virtual viewings, answering any questions I had as an out of province buyer, finding me properties that fit my needs and helping guide me through a lot of unknowns during the buying process. Every step of the way I was given helpful advice that was never overbearing and always had my interests in mind as the most important factor in any decisions. With Gord's help I found a fantastic condo in a great part of the city with easy access to everything important to me. From the first conversation to handing the keys over on possession day, Gord took care of everything that came up and handled all of my questions with professionalism and careful thought. When Gord took a vacation he ensured I was in good hands with one of his colleagues, Steve, who did an excellent job at seamlessly covering me with basically no change in the quality of service and friendliness I received. I can't recommend working with Gord enough, hats off to him and the entire TSW Real Estate Group, I look forward to working with him again in the future when I outgrow my little condo.

I've been buying and selling properties for at least 40 years and I've never had such a professional, ethical, trustworthy Realtor ever!! He always did everything he said he would, when he said he would and even did more than I expected (e.g. after asking my permission, on my behalf, he notified my Lawyer of the Sale of a property I Listed with him that Sold in a day for 10s of thousands more than List price) . Wish I would have found him 40 years sooner!! I've already recommended him to friends, on behalf of their parents, who are thinking of Selling. THE BEST!!!
