Gordie did an outstanding job for us he sate down with us and explained everything we needed to know before we even started looking at houses and has helped with every step of the way including helping us find a lawyer and home inspector very pleased with his service and will recommend him to anyone will also use him in the future if I ever need to look for another property

Gord was amazing to work with. My husband and I are from B.C. and we were concerned about buying a house out-of-province. We contacted Gord and within hours he had places for us to review. In the end, he found us the perfect place and the sale went through quick with no problems.

He was very upfront about expectations and his years of experience made it an easy process. I would have like a better description and pictures of the property. The market was very good for sellers, so it didn’t really affect the sale. Great person to work with and we will continue to hire him in the future.
