Gordie was quick to respond and thorough in his assessment all of which resulted in a quick sale. Once offers were received he offered valuable advice and we received full asking price.

We were very pleased with Gordie acting on our behalf in the sale of our home in Lethbridge. Communication was excellent and he responded quickly to our questions either by phone, text or email, and provided feedback in a timely manner following showings. He provided good advice on market value and negotiations and was very knowledgeable about the technicalities of the sale. Our home took several months to sell, likely due to the initial price point and a downward trend in the market but Gordie remained positive throughout. He is very personable and thorough, and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Our realtor was very personal and made us feel that our best interest was being looked after. He gave us up to date feedback on our property and the entire transaction was very smooth.
