Glen is very personable. He is one of the calmest realtors we have been lucky enough to work with . He keeps on topic and the entire experience remains professional. He has been very available whenever we have needed to reach him and he has accommodated our schedule for viewings. Glen was able to complete our purchase in our best interests. We have worked with Glenn on a few occasions, most recently purchasing our new home, and selling our Townhome. Glenn is professional, knowledgeable and always quick to respond to the many questions and concerns we had, while able provide exceptional guidance. His communication with us through many showings (both in person and via live web chats). He even came through with a mortgage broker connection after our current mortgage holder dropped the ball. Glenn helped us buy our first home and then helped us sell it 7 years later. Glenn is great to work with. He is responsive, experienced and knowledgable. Market conditions were very poor when we were trying to sell our house and Glenn worked hard to market our property and to get viewers in. He did not give up and when we received an offer, we never felt pressured to accept if it wasn't on the terms we wanted. We had to relocate for work before the house sold and Glenn helped to ensure the house was in top form for potential buyers while we were away.
