My husband and I recently moved from White Rock, B.C., to the Fireside community in Cochrane. Glenn was recommended to us by our B.C. realtor, and we were very fortunate in that introduction! From start to finish on this house buying journey Glenn has been exceptional in his candid advice regarding houses and areas we were interested in, as well as prompt, friendly communication to our many questions! He set aside considerable time to show us homes in Calgary’s outlying communities and when we returned to B.C. we completely trusted him to show us around homes remotely. We bought our home here in Cochrane sight unseen and we are delighted with it! Glenn is a gem, you will not go wrong in hiring him as your realtor.

As a firstime homebuyer, I had been looking for a house in the Triwood area for quite some time. I had trouble getting into to view quite a few homes early enough to make an offer prior to working with a realtor. I chose Glenn after reading his excellent reviews online, and after working with him, I can confidently say they are well deserved. Right from the beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a home. Because of that, the listings he sent were always a great match for my criteria, and he was quick to send them over as soon as they hit the market. It really felt like he was paying close attention to what I wanted and actively helping me find the right place. What really stood out was how responsive he was. Whenever I sent a text, had a question, or wanted to set up a viewing, Glenn got back to me quickly and always made sure I had the information I needed. What I appreciated most was that Glenn was never pushy. At no point did I feel pressured to move forward with a home that wasn’t the right fit. Instead, he was patient and supportive, and it was clear that he genuinely wanted me to find the right home rather than just make a sale. Thanks to Glenn , I was able to find the absolute perfect home in Charleswood. I would highly recommend Glenn to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially first-time buyers who want someone knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely looking out for their best interests. Overall, Glenn is a great guy that is amazing to work with and definitely in the right line of work.

Since I live in another province, it was very important for me to have someone I could trust.
