Gerry is extremely practical and thorough. He knows real estate. In all the purchases and sales he has handled for us he has put in the extra effort to make sure the transaction is a success. He is a great advisor and negotiator. We can’t recommend him highly enough.

Gerry made the whole process of selling our house and moving to our new place very easy. After selling our home (to the first perspective buyer) he put us in touch with a firm that looked after our packing and also coordinated the actual move. He also found a buyer for my golf car. He was always quick to answer any questions we had . He is without question a five star realtor.

Gerry was helpful and encouraging every step of the way after we made the decision to leave Gallaghers after 22 wonderful years to move closer to our family in Victoria.
