Having relocated to the Okanagan in 1990, Gerry has since been proud to call the Okanagan his home. Gerry found his niche in the award-winning Gallagher’s Canyon development when the community was first established, and has had flourishing success ever since.

Gerry’s persistence in the Gallagher’s Canyon development earned him recognition by the Canadian Homebuilders Association as the “Best Salesperson in New Home Construction”, both regionally and provincially. Proof of this effective persistence; Gerry still currently holds the majority of the Gallagher’s Canyon market, while extending his reach throughout the entire Central Okanagan.

With over 20 years in the profession, Gerry has been a “Top Producer” and award winning Realtor every year since he entered the field. The Fraser Patridge Group continues to specialize in high-end niches such as lifestyle and recreational properties for buyers and sellers alike.
