Georgiana was outstanding with us. She was very knowledgeable with the area we live in and what we needed to do with our home inside and out to achieve the best possible price. She was only a phone call or text away at all times. Also we had used Georgiana's services 22 years ago to sell and purchase of our homes. Georgiana has a very friendly and welcoming personality. She is very knowledgeable in the industry and was quick to answer any questions we had for her. She was on time and very professional at all appointments. We bought during a very competitive time (as well as it being in a Pandemic) and she kept us feeling confident we would find the right first home for us. She was awesome at making herself available when ever we wanted to see a home, even if it wasn't something that was going to be within our price point. She pointed out a tonne of things that would be good features to have and others that were to be weary about, over all every viewing left us with more and more knowledge on what we did and did not want in a house. We highly recommend her and will 100% use her again in the future!!!!

We interviewed a few agents prior to proceeding with Georgiana (buy and sell) and we are very glad that we did. We recommend her because she is experienced (calmly handles issues that come up as we had some challenges on the buy side), knowledgeable (does her homework, knows when it is best to list, as well as the best approach in terms of strategy ie bidding price vs regular price), data driven (pricing is based on data analysis rather than gut feel or what we wanted) and partnered closely with us for the whole journey. Her communication is catered to our style and what we needed (clear, concise and respectful of our schedules). She engaged us in the entire process, taking our inputs into account and her guidance helped us sell our house in one day! She also provided input on what areas of the house could be refreshed for a quick sale and potentially higher price. She is the only agent we interviewed that did not rush us to list immediately but rather recommended that we wait for the right time. We will definitely work with her on any future transactions and would recommend her to all our family and friends.
