Previous to working with Georgiana I knew very little about the real estate market. We have been working together for over two years searching for our new home. Within that two year period, it was difficult to find a home because of the high increasing prices. Georgiana was still determined. Georgiana was always helpful with sending us homes and condos that were in our budget and met our needs while educating us about the market. She helped us avoid pricing wars and helped us navigate market trends; this helped make our search so much easier. We found the perfect townhouse in Oshawa. My girlfriend and I are very happy with our new house and thankful that we trusted Georgina and her team to help us!
