Geordie's practical knowledge of home construction and maintenance, as well as patience with our never-ending questions, indecisiveness and tight timeline, were essential to finding our new home. Faced with the impossible task of finding us a specific home that our family could agree on, he helped narrow down our search and our priorities even before we arrived in Edmonton. Since we did not have the luxury of building a home exactly the way we wanted it, his encyclopedic knowledge of the city's real estate market and incredible availability provided us with an exceptional overview of all other options. We are so grateful for his help, as we did not know if it was even possible to find a house in the school district we wanted in the short amount of time we had.
