Geoff is a very reliable realtor with intimate knowledge of the New Westminster market and a great understanding of the GVA market overall. He assisted us in purchasing our first home in New West and helped us subsequently sell that property as well, creating great value for us in the process. In both those deals, Geoff was pragmatic and very responsive, allowing us to make the best decisions possible with his guidance. Both deals also closed very quickly and were in our favour each time, which is a testament to Geof's negotiation skills. Geoff has a very practical, down-to-earth style and had answers to all of our questions. He is very easy to work with and is a great person to have on your side, as both a deal representative and also a guide through the many stages of a real estate transaction. Geoff and his dad Mick have been our realtors for years and several transactions, not only for my family but also two friends that have also used them on multiple occasions themselves.
