Geoff was great to us. We had a very tough situation with our bank that required Geoff to help us with the house owners over multiple negotiations and time extensions. Without Geoff, we wouldn't have our new home. During the whole process, he was very knowledgeable and reliable. On the professional level, we felt he was dedicated to us. Communication was always easy, and he was very fast in answering any questions we had. In addition, he was very professional and polite and showed great negotiation skills when we needed. On a personal level, we felt he cared about meeting our family's needs. He was present every time we needed him, and he made it easy on us during the whole process. If we decide to sell our home or buy a new one in the future, we will ask Geoff to be our agent again. And I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get their dream home.
