I had the pleasure of having Geoff McLennan as my realtor to sell my townhouse in Burnaby, BC. From the moment I was referred to Geoff all the way until final signing and land transfer, everything was done very smoothly and professionally. As an outside province seller, I needed a realtor whom I could easily communicate to and ensure my home is sold for a good value. Geoff delivered that and more! He managed to sell my townhouse in just 12 days at a desired price. In preparation for the selling he did a professional measurement of the unit and had professionally-done photos and video of my townhouse. Throughout the showing process, he kept me update on the progress and the selling strategy. All in all, I am very impressed with Geoff and Vallee McLennan Real Estate Team. I'd definitely recommend them to others including my family and friends.

Geoff was great to us. We had a very tough situation with our bank that required Geoff to help us with the house owners over multiple negotiations and time extensions.
