Geoff was great to work from start to finish on the purchase our home. Once we found the right house for us, we worked with him to create a strategy on purchasing our house with multiple offers on it. I cannot recommend Geoff enough as using him as your realtor. 10/10 experience

I appreciate that Geoff thought about having contingency plans for scenarios such as if the sellers did not fix items identified on an inspection report and who would be responsible if a special assessment were to be levied in the near future. I also appreciated that he showed me any of the properties I wanted to see even if I wasn't necessarily ready to buy a property when he first started showing them to me at the start of my search.

Geoff provided an excellent service for us. He does the needed extra miles, is knowledgeable and gave us good advice. I highly recommend him if you are buying or selling in Edmonton

Geoff was a breath of fresh air from the last realtor I dealt with. He was forth coming with information. Met my at times stupid schedule and was always friendly and happy to hear feed back and listen to concerns I had and was will to push back with explainations rather than dismissing my concerns. When it came down to purchasing finally he had connections that worked well (for the most part) but that isn't a reflecting on Geoff as a whole. He is very professional and imo went above and beyond to drive from one side of the city to the other to drop off the keys for me. I would highly recommend Geoff to any first time home buyer for sure.

We can’t thank Geoff enough! This is our second time using him, and he has really helped us find a place that works so great with us. He helped us buy our first home in 2021 and then helped us find a bigger space for our growing family in 2024. He is so knowledgeable and we really leaned on him for support and guidance.
