Geoff did an excellent job preparing the property for sale, coordinating all the details and managing a very difficult offer and sale over the finish line. He provided the prospect with lots of extra information that he had to obtain from numerous sources and this is what helped close the deal. It was a very good experience working with Geoff.

Geoff was incredible to work with. Not only is he very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions, but he also advocates for his client's best interest. I never felt pressured into looking at a specific home or putting in an offer, and he always made sure that I knew what was going on each step of the way. Geoff was recommended to me by my siblings who have worked with him before, and I'd happily recommend him to anyone I know looking for a home.
