He’s incredibly knowledgeable about houses and all the important details we needed to know, which gave us so much confidence throughout the process. I appreciate that Geoff thought about having contingency plans for scenarios such as if the sellers did not fix items identified on an inspection report and who would be responsible if a special assessment were to be levied in the near future. I also appreciated that he showed me any of the properties I wanted to see even if I wasn't necessarily ready to buy a property when he first started showing them to me at the start of my search.
