Jenn did an admirable job of working the complex negotiations for the sale of our house. The staging of the house was done so well that it made me want to buy it back. Jenn made herself available at impossible times of the day for our questions and when we needed to supply information about the house. A job well done! This is the second property we have sold through Jenn and once again it has been a satisfying experience.

We worked with Steve and Jenn while trying to buy a home remotely this past fall/winter/spring. It was difficult process, but Steve and his team were very knowledgeable, accommodating, and always ready to book a last minute showing. We found an amazing house in the end and we couldn't be happier with the result. They handled the bid process very smoothly and we feel like we lucked out. Highly recommend, especially if you are new to the Ottawa area.
