It's hard to describe how difficult a decision one needs to make when selling your farm. Our home, our lifestyle, every inch of ground that we have touched & loved for the past 45 years. We had contacted Jerry & Elya a couple of years ago, super good folks to discuss all aspects with but in the end, we decided that we just couldn't move off the farm! What impressed us most, was their response, So understanding, caring and supportive. Fast forward a couple of years. Time to list! We did not need to second guess who we would contact. Through the entire sale process, Jerry & Elya were there for us. They both have such broad based knowledge on all aspects of farming. Yes, they know their farm land and farm values but over and beyond that, they are so knowledgeable and particular to details, making sure that all corners, be it legal, accounting or even that pile of brush in the corner is looked after. Communication skills are excellent and never once did we have to follow up with them. And months after the sale... they are still there for us. Thank you. Such a pleasure to know them and do to business with them. We can't imagine selling a farm with any one other than Jerry & Elya.

We had some traumatic life changes in 2019 and after deep consideration we decided to make a move across country to make a new start. Jerry & Elya were exceptional when they represented me in the purchase of my new home.
