As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I were a bit out of our depth. We had a vague sense of what we were looking for, but no idea how to make it a reality. Working with Garth was a wonderful experience. He was competent, reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. His background and experience with home renovations, and his attention to detail and hands-on approach to discovering problems with potential homes, was infinitely helpful. Our search parameters changed a couple of times during the process, and he was gracious and accommodating with each shift. We appreciated the care and expertise he brought to our working relationship, and we look forward to working with him again for future home purchases!

We highly recommend Garth, we worked with Garth for a year prior to actually making our purchase. So, just wish to point out it took us a year to sell our out of town home, during this time Garth helped keep us positive, focused and continued to locate and identify possible homes for us to view. We found Garth's greatest strengths to be his sense of professionalism and attention to detail.
