Gabriele Battista is an incredible Toronto realtor and I would highly recommend him. First, he is extremely thorough. For example, when he was working with me to rent out my condo, he took hours to analyze the applications, to follow up with references, and to give a detailed description of the pros and cons of different tenants. Secondly, he goes above and beyond. For example, I was unable to be at my condo and he took his time to stay when a plumber was needed for some repairs. Lastly, he is extremely knowledgeable. He understood the dynamics of my neighbourhood and I was able to rent out my condo within days of meeting with him and listing my property. There is absolutely no one else I would recommend for any and all Toronto real-estate activities.
