He communicated with us every step of the way and was very responsive to emails, phone calls and texts, made the complicated process of buying and selling a home simple. We were looking for our first home for a long time, and Fuad showed great patience with us. He wasn’t rushy or pushy at all, always made sure he made us feel comfortable with our decisions and choices, and this is very important - to make the client feel comfortable and not push on their decisions. He also always answered all of our questions thoroughly, and we had never felt that he tried to get off the phone fast even for once. What we also liked about him was the fact that he had a good idea to important details: he would notice some little things about the houses we were seeing that we didn’t notice or paid attention to, but that were very important in making decisions. Having this knowledge, he also gives good and practical advices on possible renovation options within the potential house if desired by the client. All in all, we would highly recommend Fuad as your realtor and will definitely send our friends and family to him!
