Fuad is a consummate professional and a real pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a new home. Always available, almost 24/7, he always took the time to reply to our questions (sometimes very late at night), giving us insights on each home we were considering, really helping us during the whole process. Very knowledge and super friendly (never pushy), Fuad paid attention to all our requests, down to every single detail and went above and beyond to deliver for us. In the end, we found the home we were looking for, he helped us negotiate a price we were comfortable with, and again went the extra mile, helping us to arrange for the home inspection, the lawyer etc. As a new immigrant, he made our life so much easier with his professionalism, friendly attitude, and availability.
