Fraser was so good! First he helped my mom who was out of province find her condo, then worked through all our struggles to find my home. He has great knowledge and is honest. Really appreciate everything he did for us.

I had to do a long distance purchase. Fraser showed my family the condo and I joined though Facetime.They liked him and my online communication with him was very smooth. He was very responsive.

We were relocating from Fort McMurray to Edmonton, and were very nervous about having our first home purchase, especially one involving a move like this. Fraser made this incredibly stress free, and walked us through every single step with tons of patience and understanding. With me being tied up at work up North, we would send him a list of homes we were interested in, and he would very very thoroughly research each one and even went to go check them out on our behalf when we couldn’t make it. Fraser helped us buy our first home. He was pleasantly punctual, professional and kept us very informed throughout the whole process. We were in a situation where we needed to buy a home quickly and weren’t sure if we were prepared, Fraser took extra time to make sure everything went smoothly and made us feel like buying a home is an easy process. He provided referrals for home inspectors, insurance providers, lawyers and mortgage brokers. He is very well connected and is happy to explain everything you need to know as a first time home buyer. He was ready for a long shopping process even though I was eager to settle on a choice quickly. His patience is very appreciated, even if we didn’t have to test it! Fraser is also just a solid dude and doesn’t give salesman vibes! We were comfortable the whole time and I think that made all the difference. We are happy with our choice and experience. We are looking forward to putting Fraser back to work in 5-10 years - after we’re done making memories in our first home!
