Fraser helped us buy our first home. He was pleasantly punctual, professional and kept us very informed throughout the whole process. We were in a situation where we needed to buy a home quickly and weren’t sure if we were prepared, Fraser took extra time to make sure everything went smoothly and made us feel like buying a home is an easy process. He provided referrals for home inspectors, insurance providers, lawyers and mortgage brokers. He is very well connected and is happy to explain everything you need to know as a first time home buyer. He was ready for a long shopping process even though I was eager to settle on a choice quickly. His patience is very appreciated, even if we didn’t have to test it! Fraser is also just a solid dude and doesn’t give salesman vibes! We were comfortable the whole time and I think that made all the difference. We are happy with our choice and experience. We are looking forward to putting Fraser back to work in 5-10 years - after we’re done making memories in our first home!

Fraser has been great from the get go. He understood that this was a difficult time for me and my family as had to dispose of my deceased brothers estate (condo).
