Prior to listing our home, I met with three realtors, and Fiona stood out far above the rest. I chose to meet with her as I was looking for a realtor who had current listings and knowledge in the west and more specifically, around the Signal Hill area. Fiona came across as a true business woman with the market analysis she put together that included previous sales in our area, comparable listings, and a recommended list price. We had multiple offers within 72 hours of hitting MLS. I trusted her every step of the way - from list price, to negotiation and the final closing. Fiona offered staging services and the photos she had taken by a professional photographer were absolutely stunning. Sadly, the sale of our beloved family home was a result of a divorce, which meant there was a lot of extra work put in by Fiona to ensure everything went smoothly. She handled it well, was happy to work with us and made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend Fiona to anyone looking to buy and sell within Calgary, and in particular her strong knowledge of west Calgary is an asset. Fiona is more than just a realtor!

Fiona was exceedingly helpful with all aspects of my house sale, including providing a designer to help stage the house and providing cleaners before the possession date. She responded immediately to all my questions and concerns and assisted in clearing the purchaser's conditions. All of this was done with a smile - and while she was dealing with some personal issues. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
