I appreciate her candor and knowledge, she can take a look at the plumbing/electrical and tell you if it's in good shape or needs work. She knows every neighborhood we were interested in. She uploaded options to our portal as they came on the market. For selling, she evaluates the neighborhood and ensures your goals are in point.
