<p>Faye was so wonderful to work with. She has a solid knowledge of the ins and outs of selling/buying a house. She also made herself aware of the neighbourhood and the American ties that it offered. This was my first time selling a house and she walked me through it and made it a pain free experience!</p>

We're new to Nova Scotia. Faye was recommended to us by friends who moved to the province two years before us. Since we don't know the province at all, outside of Halifax, we depended on her to advise us on location, market and general knowledge of the areas we were considering. We sort of dragged her all over the place, not knowing where or what type of house we were looking for. If she was frustrated with us (we were frustrated with ourselves) she never showed it. We found the place we didn't know we were looking for in an area we'd never considered. We'd absolutely work with Faye again.

Faye was extremely hands on and helpful with the sale of our home. Her knowledge of the area & her expertise in the real estate was a huge asset. Her outgoing personality and warm nature made us feel extremely comfortable right out of the gate. We would highly recommend using Faye for any real estate needs.
