He pointed out any problems with the houses and how much it might cost to fix them. Farid also talked about the type of land the houses were on and what kind of improvements we could make, including how long they would take. He explained the positive and negative points of each location. His advice was simple and helped us make our decision.

Farid actually took the time to "listen" to us and to support our decision on what we felt was value for our home. Other realtors seemed to try & low ball us for a quick sale.
