Rossella helped us navigate through the purchase of our new home. She was helpful in pointing things out while viewing other homes, was readily available for house viewings, was expert in recommending inspections and doing background checks, and was a pleasure to spend time with! I couldn’t more highly recommend her!

We met Rossella at an open house we casually went to. Right away she seemed different from other agents we had worked with. She was baking cookies and had treats for our kids. She asked our names and genuinely was interested in our story and our life. She is so kind and patient. We never felt like we were just a paycheque to her. She truly cares. I’m not sure we have ever had a professional treat us like we were old friends the way Rossella did. Not only that, but she’s so smart financially. She gave us great advice and fought for us with the sale and purchase of our house. We sold for more than we would have imagined and got our dream house in our dream neighbourhood. She honestly went the extra mile. Normally, I am hesitant to recommend professionals to friends or family, I would NEVER hesitate to suggest using Rossella.
