<p>Ernie Sandstra was a most effective real estate agent, in that he responded to our queries in a timely fashion, giving us information on the market in the area we had chosen, and providing additional properties for our consideration. He listened to our wants and needs and didn't try to sell a property that we weren't interested in. Due to our own time issues, he made himself available at any time of the day or week to help us find a property and guided us through the buying process. He even recommended local professional services to help expedite the process.</p>

Ernie was very helpful through the whole process, especially when our first accepted offer ended up being pulled off the market by the potential seller due to their own financing issues. We came for a 2nd go at it and after seeing the homes we had chosen to look at, Ernie suggested we look at one more he thought we might like. It was one we had looked at online and had ruled out. When we looked at it in person, it was exactly what we were looking for and we are so thankful that he encouraged us to look at this one additional home. Truly appreciated his expertise and willingness to spend time to make us comfortable and to help us through the whole process. He was truly a blessing.
