Initially, we had gotten a lot of realtors to assess the property. Ernie was the only one to really do the homework and present a realistic comparison from not only in Rocky, but comparables in the surrounding area. He also listened to us, as we explained some of the unique details of the property, and, he communicated that he understood us and he believed in us and we got the deal done according to a clear plan. Ernie was professional, and that professionalism carried through until the goal of sale was reached.

Ernie was so great to work with. He was always quick to respond to any questions, and went above in beyond in helping us find a property suitable for us. He is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and we appreciated working with someone with such experience.
