Right from the outset, Erin presented as a very knowledgeable and well informed professional. She was able to quick ascertain my needs and wants when it came to my property search, she built a sincere and strong relationship with my family, and she was amazingly responsive to any questions or concerns I had. During the closing when my lawyers dropped the ball, Erin leapt into action, swiftly and surely to solve the problem and save the day. I can not articulate too many positive and praiseworthy statements on Erin's behalf. Erin was very helpful during the process of selling not one but two properties. She was knowledgeable about the area, market values, what needed to be done to garner the best offer on the properties, how the legal process worked generally, water testing and area contractors if & when needed. Erin sold our home and she is amazing. I was a Realtor for 25 years in Halifax, including being President of the Real Estate Board, and a director of CREA, so I know what I’m talking about.
