<p>Eric helped guide us through the purchase of our first home. He made himself available in various locations throughout the process and helped answer all of our questions. As first time home buyers, there was a lot of unknowns and a lot of things that we did not even know to question. Eric made us aware of those things and really helped us through the whole process.</p> <p>In the end, we found a house that was far more then we ever thought we would get with our budget. We had a maximum budget and he was able to negotiate the sellers down to meet us at our maximum. We would not hesitate to utilize Eric again for buying or selling a home.</p>
