Eric truly went above and beyond everything I could have asked for in a realtor. Being a first time homebuyer, I was very overwhelmed and Eric helped break down each step and always had helpful answers to my questions. We were working on a tight deadline and it was Eric’s diligence that made sure everything happened.

Eric is the kind of real estate agent you want on your side. His natural personable approachable character is noticeable as soon as you meet him. I feel like he is a buddy. I felt very confident that I would be working with Eric, as I could tell he had the experience and work ethic I hoped I would find. He had high ratings online and there is reason for this. He went above and beyond. He went to my house and locked my gate for me when I was away at work. He kept a deal together that honestly I didn’t think was worth the effort and ended up closing the deal. I was quite amazed. He had our best interests truly at heart.
