This is the third time I have worked with Eric, and I am always impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market. He was very approachable and responsive, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for in selling my condo. I was so pleased with the marketing package to really make the condo stand out, and the entire process went so smoothly. I would highly recommend Eric!

Eric was our realtor in the recent sale of our condo. We met with him weeks before listing. He explained his comprehensive listing strategy, giving maximum exposure and therefore, ultimately getting us multiple offers. Even before we officially listed with him, Eric started showing us other listings and sales, of similar properties in our area. He referred us to excellent trades people to help us make the repairs we had planned. Once our condo was listed, he effectively managed the multiple offers we received. Eric shouldered the responsibility of dealing with our property management company as regards to condo documentation. He referred us to a lawyer, to finalize the details. Throughout the whole experience, at every turn, Eric was an excellent resource for us. He was knowledgeable about condo sales and was able to answer all our questions. We especially appreciate his strong communication skills, as he kept in touch with us almost daily, and always had time and energy to support us. This was our second real estate event with Eric, and we would definitely work with him again, or refer him to anyone. Thank you, Eric!!!
