Eric Boyd provided outstanding service in selling my home and helping me to find just the right new home. His knowledge of the market was excellent and up to date. He demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and competence in his work, was quick to reply to questions, courteous, and provided excellent advice. He guided me through so many details, especially the negotiation process, making it much less stressful for me. He went over and above what I had even expected, which was so helpful for me. He is trustworthy, friendly and caring in his approach, and was always mindful of my best interests, especially in negotiating both the sale and purchase of my home.

Eric has is a consummate professional and he made the process of purchasing our new home very smooth for my wife and I. He knows the current market and property values very well and he is an excellent communicator. He provided listings of homes that met our criteria on an ongoing basis and gave us good advice and pointed out flaws or key advantages during the entire process. He was easy to reach and kept in constant communication with me specifically either by phone, text or email. The value that we got from this transaction was way beyond our expectation and 5-star rating that I gave him is well deserved.
