We had Eric as our realtor both when we were buying our first house as well as more recently when we were selling a property. He was immensely knowledgeable and did an amazing job both times. Eric was able to walk us through the process of buying and selling a house in detail, as well as guided us through many decisions when we were renovating the property prior to sale. He listened to and understood our needs, and made sure we were comfortable with the deals we were making. We highly recommend Eric for anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Eric worked so hard for us with the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. I can definitely say that Eric had our best interests in mind and was extremely attentive and knowledgeable.
