Eric was incredibly steady and professional throughout what turned out to be a complicated sale. We ran into multiple issues along the way, failed deals, condo documentation challenges, and last-minute complications, and he handled everything calmly and proactively. What I appreciated most was that he stayed solution-oriented the entire time. He communicated clearly, moved quickly when needed, and made sure things kept progressing even when external parties were slow or unresponsive. He also went above and beyond to help get the deal across the line, coordinating with all sides and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. Overall, Eric is reliable, level-headed, and someone you want in your corner when things don’t go perfectly. I’d definitely recommend working with him.
