We met a couple of realtors before who weren't a great fit, but Emily is an incredible realtor who brings a mix of expert market knowledge, a friendly down-to-earth approach and professionalism to the scary process of buying a home. As first-time buyers and immigrants from the UK, we didn't know anything about buying in Canada; Emily was patient, conscientious and thorough in helping us understand how the buying process worked, from what to expect when making an offer, to how a deposit was different from a down payment, and even putting us in touch with an excellent broker. We always felt like Emily was listening and paying close attention to our needs, and she actually showed us our dream condo the day it went on the market, anticipating that we would fall in love immediately. Buying can be overwhelming, but Emily made it a smooth process, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her - so much that we wouldn't consider any other realtor when we come to sell.
