When the first property I fell in love with had a previously accepted offer, Emily worked to find an available (better) unit in the same building prior to it being listed. Due to Emily’s proactive nature and negotiating, our offer was accepted the first day that the unit came on the market. My entire home buying process has been seamless and enjoyable as a result of Emily’s professionalism, industry knowledge and connections.
