Ella was an outstanding realtor to have on our side for the sale of our home in Calgary. She came to our rescue when things were hard and was a true force to be reckoned with. Ella paved the way for the sale of our home, making a formerly challenging situation seem like a walk in the park. She got the job done fast but also delivered on everything we needed from her, going above and beyond what we expected. Ella is an excellent realtor who knows the Calgary market and how to make it serve those she's serving. I am so grateful that we had her as our realtor.

Ella is an amazing realtor! Throughout our home buying experience - Ella guided us at every step of the way in such a professional manner and we have just been so impressed with her. As a first time home buyer, we had so many unknowns and questions - and Ella understood our requirements 100%, showed us properties in line with what we wanted. She handled every single one of our query with so much patience, always super fast in communication, very proactive, very thorough in her work and always made the right recommendations. Ella not only helped us with whatever we asked for, but acted as a mentor as well - always ahead in her market research (highlighting both positives and negatives without any biases) and so accommodating! I cannot think of one single thing that could be missing on her side or that I would want more. She is simply an ace realtor! 100% recommend.

I am so thrilled with what an amazing job Ella did I helping me both sell my condo and buy a townhouse. I hired her because I already followed her on Instagram and I thought she would be the best agent to sell my condo. I was right - Ella sold my condo in under a week, in one of the worst markets in over a decade! She went above and beyond in helping me to sell, including hiring a top-notch photographer, videographer, and stager. Ella was always available when I needed to contact her and made me feel like she was conscious of safety in the time of this pandemic. I was so impressed with Ella that I decided to ask her to represent me on the buyer side as well. When I was searching for a new home, Ella was an amazing help. She gave me practical advice all along the way. While looking she gave me tips about what kind of care a house would need and alerted me to issues with homes I was looking at - for example, she spotted an issue with window wells in a place I liked that would likely have been expensive to fix. Due to this I knew I could really trust that she was looking for the right place for me, rather than just urging me to buy a place. When it came to house shopping Ella really went the extra mile, including searching for off-market properties and properties in areas I might not have thought of that ticked all my boxes. When I made an offer, Ella gave good advice, from what offer would be appropriate to the names of good home inspectors. She also did a great job negotiating and advocating on my behalf. I would recommend Ella to anyone in a heartbeat!
