Elisabeth and Eduardo are a fantastic real estate team that have helped us navigate the purchase of our first family home. We toured many properties with Elisabeth, in the middle of winter, in a midst of a pandemic and with our 3 month old baby! It wasn’t an easy feat but Elisabeth was always available, very knowledgeable about the market and a pleasure to work with. Eduardo was referred to me through a close friend of mine, after I mentioned I might be interested in starting to look for a new home. While he immediately reached out to see how he might be able to help, I decided I wasn’t ready at that time, and he mentioned there was no pressure and let me know that I could get in touch with him whenever I was ready. A few months later, I reached out and we got the ball rolling. I really appreciated his patient and considerate approach from the get go. Throughout the process of buying my new home, Eduardo was very helpful and responsive. Before we even got started looking in earnest, he provided a helpful overview to ensure I was aware of what I was getting myself into, and all of the steps that are part of the process of buying a new home. Before going to see any homes, he helped me narrow down my search criteria to ensure the places I was seeing had exactly what I was looking for, and were within my price range. In the end, I was able to find the right home for me, with Eduardo’s help and advice along the way to make an informed decision. Eduardo also has an extensive network of referrals to help pre and post purchase of a home. I appreciated all the referrals he shared with me throughout the process – from mortgage brokers and lawyers, to handy men and contractors. He has also stayed in touch with me regularly post-purchase to check in and make sure everything is going well, further demonstrating his commitment.

We were looking to buy a home at the end of 2020. We interviewed 5 agents/teams that were recommended to us by friends. We ended up choosing Elisabeth and Eduardo and we are very happy that we did. They are prompt, knowledgeable, organized, direct and honest. Within 5 days of meeting them, we closed a deal and got a house. We moved in before Christmas and they even sent us lunch during move in day so we didn’t have to worry about food! They are exceptional at what they do and they are good human beings too!
