Eduardo was amazing. Very professional & friendly. He handled all the discussions and negotiations with the other realtors & lawyers excellently. He also completed all the offer(s) documents in a timely manner to make sure we do not miss any opportunity & meet our deadlines. After our first meeting with him, we explained what we are looking for (house size, price range, location etc.). He made sure that all the potential places meet our criteria, as we were in a hurry and didn't want to waste our time looking at something that we know in advance is not a good fit. He was always available at a very short notice to go with us and check new listings, even on days that we knew he was busy. He supported us all the way. We managed to get our house after less than 2 weeks of actively looking. He also helped us find an excellent mortgage broker, and the property inspector we worked with. This saved us so much time and effort. We totally recommend him and his team.

Eduardo and Elisabeth are both very professional and knowledgeable about the real estate scene. Being first time home buyers, my partner and I relied on them a lot throughout the process; they've been patient and prompt with communications, and continue to check in on us, answer our questions etc. even after we closed the house purchase. Would definitely recommend them as real estate agents.
